I was a little nervous about spending that kind of money on something done completely at a distance, with little-to-no communication, but I could not be more pleased with the end result. I contacted them at one point because I was nervous about the fact I’d messed up one of my impressions. They got back to me quickly and answered my questions. It even arrived sooner than I expected. YOU CAN’T TELL ME NOTHINGGGGG. First and foremost, I’m obsessed. Start to finish easiest way to get a grill. Second fits like a glove. Had to get used to it at first but once I did it was like I didn’t even realize it anymore. I can’t wait to buy more pieces from them. They have a customer for life now.
I haven’t received my finished grill yet but so far the process has been smooth. Easy to understand directions on how to send the mold back which I can appreciate. I can’t wait to get the finished product and see the quality and craftsmanship of it.

My grill had to be made to fit my mouth with a retainer involved as well. They did a great job as good as can be expected with such details to get around. I really appreciated them letting me custom my grill at the same price etc. thanks I will most def come back if I decide to go further
