Your custom grillz are handcrafted from your own dental impression. If your set doesn't fit, the first refit is free. Subsequent fittings and remakes are done for a fee. If a new impression is needed, we'll walk you through it personally.
Custom pieces, including all custom grillz, are made to order for your exact specifications, so they can't be returned or exchanged once made correctly. If we made a mistake, we'll correct it or exchange it at no cost to you. That's why we put so much care into the impression process and confirm details with you before production begins.
