GRILLZ POLICY

All grillz are custom-made from your dental impression, so they cannot be returned or exchanged. The first refit is free; subsequent fittings and remakes are done for a fee. See our Return and Exchange Policy for details.

Impression Accuracy:

Fit is guaranteed only based on the impressions provided. Poor or distorted impressions may affect fit.

Tooth Gems:

Grillz cannot be made for teeth with existing tooth gems. Damage may occur if attempted.

Abandoned Impressions:

If impressions are not received within 60 days, the order is considered complete.
