SHIPPING POLICY

 

Processing Times:

Custom grillz production begins after impressions are received. Production takes 7–10 business days. Total turnaround is approximately 4–6 weeks. Peak seasons may extend production to 3–4 weeks before shipping.

 

Engraved Jewelry:

Standard engraving adds 2–3 business days. Specialty engraving adds 5–7 business days.

 

Domestic Shipping:

Orders over $500 include insurance. Priority or 2-Day shipping includes up to $100 insurance. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

International Shipping:

International delivery typically takes approximately 2 weeks. Buyer is responsible for customs fees, import duties, and taxes. International orders are final sale.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Responsibility transfers to the buyer once shipped. Gold Time is not liable for loss, theft, or delays. Insurance claims must be filed with the carrier.
