RETURN POLICY

All orders placed through GoldTimeJewelry.com are considered custom or made-to-order unless otherwise stated.

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Items:

Custom, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are accepted on grillz, custom jewelry, or engraved items.

 

Non-Custom Jewelry:

Some non-custom, non-engraved items may be eligible for store credit or exchange only if returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with prior approval. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and applicable restocking fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be returned at the customer’s expense. All claims are reviewed by Gold Time. If confirmed faulty, obligations will be met under applicable laws.
