How long does personalized jewelry take to make?
It depends on how much of the piece is made for the person. A ready-made piece ships quickly. A name cut from a fresh sheet of gold takes longer. These are the handling times before your order ships:

Nameplates are cut, polished, and finished one at a time, and each one ships in a gift box 5 to 7 business days after you order. The best way to save time is to get the details right the first time. Before you check out:
- Spell it exactly. We cut the name as written, capitals included.
- Pick the chain length. 16 inches sits close at the base of the neck, 18 inches falls at the collarbone, and 20 inches drops just below it.

- Borrow a ring they already wear and bring it to either store. In-store finger sizing is free at both counters, inside HEB in Killeen and Copperas Cove.

- Choose custom when you know the size. Sizing is included on custom-made rings, because each one is made to the size you order. Our custom name ring is made this way.
- Ready-to-wear rings can be sized for an additional cost, so ask us about timing if you are close to the holiday.
What is the fastest personalized gift?
A ready-made piece with standard engraving is the quickest personal gift, at 2 to 3 business days before it ships. When should you order custom grillz for Christmas?
Order custom grillz about 8 weeks ahead of the holiday, which puts the target at the end of October. Grillz run 4 to 8 weeks door to door, and that window includes mailing the impression back and leaves time for a refitting if one is needed. If the date is closer, a U.S. rush order arrives 2 to 3 weeks from purchase, and rush orders placed by Wednesday, December 9 arrive by Christmas.
