How it works

1. Choose your metal and place your order.
2. We mail your impression kit. One kit makes two impressions: two tries for a top-only or bottom-only grill, or one try for a top and bottom set. The putty sets in about 3 minutes.
3. Send your impression back. Orders within the U.S. include a prepaid return label.
4. Once we receive and verify your impression, production takes 7 to 10 business days, and detailed designs can take a little longer.
5. Your grill ships in a complimentary gift box. Most orders arrive 4 to 8 weeks from purchase, depending on the design.

Fit

Every grill is made to fit each person individually from your own impression, so the finished design may differ slightly based on your dental structure. We guarantee it fits the impression you provide, which is why a good mold matters. Our impression guide walks you through it step by step.

Care

Take your grill out before eating or sleeping. Rinse it with warm water, brush it gently with a soft toothbrush and mild soap, and store it dry in its case. Our grillz care guide has more tips.
