How it works
- Choose your metal and place your order.
- We mail your impression kit with step by step instructions and a video tutorial. One kit has enough putty for two impressions: two tries for a top or bottom grill, or one try for a top and bottom set. The putty sets in about 3 minutes.
- Send your impression back using the prepaid return label included in your kit (for orders within the U.S.).
- Once your impression is received and verified, production takes 7 to 10 business days, longer for more detailed designs. From order to delivery, plan on 4 to 8 weeks door to door, depending on the design.
Fit
Every grill is made to fit you individually, and the final design may differ slightly based on your dental structure. Your grill is made from your own impression, and we guarantee it fits that impression, which is why a good mold matters. If your set doesn't fit, the first refit is free. Each grill is made for one person, which is what makes it special and also means it cannot go back on a shelf. That is exactly why our team is happy to check your design, metal, and impression with you before we begin, and why we handle anything that is not right as an exchange or a correction.

Which teeth does it cover?
A canine and the incisor beside it. If you have a different layout in mind, message us and we will share what we would suggest.
What if I have a missing or chipped tooth?
Cover ups for missing or chipped teeth are available for an added fee. Send us a photo any time and we will share what we would suggest. Our guide to grillz with a gap or missing teeth explains how it works.
Can I get it sooner?
Rush orders arrive 2 to 3 weeks from purchase for U.S. orders, with timing depending on the design and your impression. If you have a date in mind, see how to plan around an event.
Ordering for a deadline or from outside the U.S.?
We suggest ordering about 8 weeks ahead so there is time for a refitting if one is needed.
Care
Take your grill out before eating or sleeping. Rinse it after wear, brush it gently with a soft toothbrush and mild soap, dry it, and keep it in its case. Our grillz care guide covers the rest.
