How it works

1. Choose your metal and place your order.
2. We mail your impression kit with step by step instructions and a video tutorial. One kit has enough putty for two impressions: two tries for a top or bottom grill, or one try for a top and bottom set. The putty sets in about 3 minutes.
3. Send your impression back using the prepaid return label included in your kit (for orders within the U.S.).
4. Once your impression is received and verified, production takes 7 to 10 business days, longer for more detailed designs. From order to delivery, plan on 4 to 8 weeks door to door, depending on the design.

Fit

Every grill is made to fit you individually, and the final design may differ slightly based on your dental structure. Your grill is made from your own impression, and we guarantee it fits that impression, which is why a good mold matters. If your set doesn't fit, the first refit is free. What if I have a missing or chipped tooth?

Can I get it sooner?
Rush orders arrive 2 to 3 weeks from purchase for U.S. orders, with timing depending on the design and your impression. If you have a date in mind, see how to plan around an event.

Ordering for a deadline or from outside the U.S.?
We suggest ordering about 8 weeks ahead so there is time for a refitting if one is needed.

Care

Take your grill out before eating or sleeping. Rinse it after wear, brush it gently with a soft toothbrush and mild soap, dry it, and keep it in its case. Our grillz care guide covers the rest.
