Custom Trillion Cut Grillz Set: Solid Gold or Silver, 16-Piece

What does 16 piece cover?
Eight teeth across the top and eight across the bottom, so the trillion cut detailing carries past your front teeth into the premolars on both arches. It is the widest coverage we build as a stock design.

What is a trillion cut?
Triangular facets cut into the surface of the metal. They are not stones. Each facet throws light in a different direction, which is why a full trillion set flashes so hard under a camera.

How long does it take?
4 to 8 weeks from order to delivery depending on the design. A 16 piece set sits at the longer end of that range because there is far more hand finishing involved.

A full top and bottom set changes how a smile reads entirely. The cuts run continuously across both arches, and because everything is built on one mold, the top and bottom lines actually meet the way they should.

How it works

1. Place your order and we ship you an impression kit with putty, trays and a video walkthrough.
2. Take your mold at home. It takes about three minutes.
3. Use the prepaid return mailer included in your kit.
4. We inspect your mold, then hand build your grill from it.
5. Your finished grill ships back to you in its case.

Plan on 4 to 8 weeks from order to delivery depending on the design. Once your mold is approved and the piece is in production, the build averages 7 to 10 business days, longer for heavily stone set or multi piece work.

Every grill is made to fit one person individually, and designs may differ based on your dental structure. Spacing, tooth shape and gaps all change how a design lays out, so your set will not be an exact copy of the photos. If you have a gap, a chipped tooth, a missing tooth, a crown or an implant, message us before you order so we can tell you how it will be handled. Additional charges can apply for missing or chipped teeth.

Care

Take your grill out before eating, drinking anything but water, and sleeping. Clean it with a soft brush and mild soap, rinse in warm water, and pat dry. Store it in its case, dry, when it is not in your mouth.
