What is included in a 12 piece set?
Six caps across the top and six across the bottom, all cut with the diamond dust texture and separated by perm cuts.
What are perm cuts?
Cut lines between each tooth, so the set reads as individual teeth rather than one solid bar. It is the permanent look with nothing permanent done to your teeth.
How long does it take?
4 to 8 weeks from order to delivery depending on the design, with 7 to 10 business days of average production once your impressions pass inspection.
A full top and bottom is the set that changes a photograph. The diamond dust texture means it throws light from every direction instead of only where the surface happens to face the camera.

How it works
- Order and we ship your impression kit.
- Take both molds at home with the included putty and trays. A full set needs a top and a bottom impression.
- Use the prepaid return mailer included in your kit.
- We inspect your impressions, then hand build your set. Production averages 7 to 10 business days.
- Your finished grill ships to you. The full process runs 4 to 8 weeks depending on the design.

Fit
Grillz are made to fit each person individually, and designs may differ based on your dental structure. Message us before ordering about chipped or missing teeth, since cover ups carry an extra charge. See our fit policy.
