What does bustdown mean?
Fully covered in stones. Every visible surface of all sixteen teeth is set with moissanite in a honeycomb pattern, so there is no open metal left on the face of the grill.

Why moissanite instead of diamond?
Moissanite has more fire than diamond and costs far less, which is what makes a full sixteen piece bustdown realistic. We do build in natural and lab diamond as well, by quote.

What are perm cuts?
Cut detailing at the edges that gives the set the look of permanent work rather than a removable grill. The piece still comes in and out normally.

Sixteen teeth, hand set stone by stone in a honeycomb pattern. This is the set that reads as light before it reads as jewelry, and it is the one that takes the longest to build, because every stone goes in individually.

How it works

1. Place your order and we ship you an impression kit with putty, trays and a video walkthrough.
2. Take your mold at home. It takes about three minutes.
3. Use the prepaid return mailer included in your kit.
4. We inspect your mold, then hand build your grill from it.
5. Your finished grill ships back to you in its case.

Plan on 4 to 8 weeks from order to delivery depending on the design. Once your mold is approved and the piece is in production, the build averages 7 to 10 business days, longer for heavily stone set or multi piece work.

Every grill is made to fit one person individually, and designs may differ based on your dental structure. Spacing, tooth shape and gaps all change how a design lays out, so your set will not be an exact copy of the photos. If you have a gap, a chipped tooth, a missing tooth, a crown or an implant, message us before you order so we can tell you how it will be handled. Additional charges can apply for missing or chipped teeth.

Care

Take your grill out before eating, drinking anything but water, and sleeping. Clean it with a soft brush and mild soap, rinse in warm water, and pat dry. Store it in its case, dry, when it is not in your mouth.
