- We mail you an impression kit. This is a dental mold kit with putty and trays, the same type dentists use.
- You take your impression at home. It takes about three minutes with the DIY Grillz Impression Kit, and the putty is non-toxic and dentist-grade.
- You mail the mold back to us. This becomes the template for your grill.
- We cast and finish your set. Production runs 7 to 10 days on average once your mold is in hand, though more complex designs can take longer.
- Your grill ships. Start to finish, the whole process is 4 to 8 weeks depending on the design.
