What is a double cap?
Two teeth, not a full row. One canine and one incisor, made as a pair from the same mold so they sit together.

Which state can I get cut out?
Tell us and we will cut it. The photos show Texas, but the shape is made to order, so name your state when you send the mold.

How long does it take?
4 to 8 weeks from order to delivery depending on the design, with 7 to 10 business days of production once your mold passes inspection.

The canine is open face with your state cut clean through it, so your own tooth shows through the outline. Next to it, the incisor carries a moissanite lined tip. Two teeth doing two different jobs, and it works because neither one is trying to be the whole set.

How it works

  1. Order, and we mail you a free impression kit with instructions.
  2. Mix the putty, bite, hold, and let it set.
  3. Use the prepaid return mailer included in your kit.
  4. We inspect the mold and start production once it passes.
  5. Your finished pair ships in a gift box with care instructions.

Fit

Grillz are made to fit each person individually, and designs may differ based on dental structure. On an open face cap the cut-out sits against your own tooth, so the size and shape of that tooth changes how the state reads.

Common questions

Can I do a country or a different shape instead?
Usually yes. Message us with the shape and we will tell you whether it will hold up at tooth scale.

Which side does the fang go on?
Your choice. Tell us left or right when you send the mold.

Can I eat with them in?
No. Grillz are jewelry. Take them out to eat, sleep, or drink anything hot.

Care

Rinse with warm water after wearing and brush gently, especially inside the cut-out where buildup collects. Avoid abrasive cleaners, pat dry and store in the gift box.
