What is diamond dust?
A fine hand cut texture across the face of each cap that scatters light. It is worked into the metal, not set with stones, so there is nothing to come loose and nothing to maintain.
Can you cover a chipped or missing tooth?
Yes, we build cover ups. Message us before ordering so we can quote it, since there is an extra charge and we may want to see a photo first.
How long does it take?
4 to 8 weeks from order to delivery depending on the design, with 7 to 10 business days of average production once your impression passes inspection.
Six across the front is the set most people start with, because it covers exactly what shows when you talk. Diamond dust is the finish that reads as iced from a distance without the price of stones.

- Order and we ship your mold kit.
- Take your impression at home with the included putty and trays.
- Use the prepaid return mailer included in your kit.
- We inspect your impression, then hand build and hand cut your set. Production averages 7 to 10 business days.
- Your finished grill ships to you. The full process runs 4 to 8 weeks depending on the design.
