What is a trillion cut box design?
Triangular cuts laid out in a repeating box grid across each cap. It is all cut into the metal, no stones, so the pattern throws light from every angle without anything that can come loose.

How many teeth does it cover?
Six, a single row. Some of the photos show the same design carried across a full top and bottom set, which we quote separately.

How long does it take?
4 to 8 weeks from order to delivery depending on the design, with 7 to 10 business days of production once your mold passes inspection.

How it works

  1. Order, and we mail you a free impression kit with instructions.
  2. Mix the putty, bite, hold, and let it set.
  3. Use the prepaid return mailer included in your kit.
  4. We inspect the mold and start production once it passes.
  5. Your finished set ships fully polished, ready to wear.

Fit

Grillz are made to fit each person individually, and designs may differ based on dental structure. The box grid is laid out across your own tooth widths, so the pattern spacing is specific to your mold.

Either. Tell us which row when you send the mold.

Can I get a full top and bottom in this design?
Yes, as a custom quote. Call the custom line and we will price the 12 piece version.

Can I add stones to it?
Yes, message us before ordering with what you want and where and we will quote the upgrade.

Care

Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap, avoiding harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners. Rinse, dry and store in a safe dry place. Cut patterns hold residue, so brush gently after wearing.
