Frequently asked

Where do I enter the word?
In the personalization box at checkout. We check spelling with you before we begin.

Is it solid gold?
No. It is sterling silver, with gold plated and rose plated options. For solid gold, see the signature name bracelet below.

Is it a good gift?
Yes, for birthdays, graduations, and Mother's Day.

Care

Wipe with a soft polishing cloth and store it dry and separate. Keep plated pieces away from water, perfume, lotions, and chlorine to protect the finish. Solid gold can go in our Gold Time liquid jewelry cleaner.

Our policy

Every piece is made for one person, which is what makes it special and also means it cannot go back on a shelf. That is exactly why our team is happy to check spelling, sizing, and finish with you before we begin, and why we handle anything that is not right as an exchange or a correction. See our FAQ for details.
