What is included?
Twelve caps: six across the top and six across the bottom. A full set, not a front row.

What is a starburst cut?
Each cap face is hand cut into radiating lines that spread from a center point, so light runs outward across the tooth instead of sitting flat on it. It is a metal finish, not a set stone.

How long does it take?
4 to 8 weeks from order to delivery depending on the design, with 7 to 10 business days of average production once your impressions pass inspection.

Cut work is where a bench jeweler shows their hand. A starburst has to be centered on each tooth individually, and the lines have to stay even as the surface curves. Twelve of them, top and bottom, and no two sets come out exactly alike.

How it works

  1. Order and we ship your mold kit.
  2. Take both impressions at home with the included putty and trays. A full set needs a top and a bottom.
  3. Use the prepaid return mailer included in your kit.
  4. We inspect your impressions, then hand build and hand cut your set. Production averages 7 to 10 business days.
  5. Your finished grill ships to you. The full process runs 4 to 8 weeks depending on the design.

Fit

Grillz are made to fit each person individually, and designs may differ based on your dental structure. Message us before ordering about chipped or missing teeth, since cover ups carry an extra charge. See our fit policy.

Care

Take them out to eat, drink, and sleep. Clean with a soft brush and mild soap so the cut lines stay crisp, dry fully, and store in the case. See the care guide and how to wear grillz.
