Is the letter engraved or cut out?
Engraved. The charm is a small octagonal plate and your initial is engraved into the face in a flowing script, which keeps the piece smooth against the skin.
What size is the charm?
8mm by 11mm, which is roughly the width of a pencil eraser. It is meant to be subtle, the kind of necklace you leave on.
Is a chain included?
Yes. It comes on an 18 inch 1mm cable chain with a lobster clasp, in the same metal you choose.
A small octagonal plate with a script letter cut into its face, hanging centered on a fine chain. It layers under anything and does not compete with a longer pendant, which is why most people end up wearing it every day without taking it off.

Common questions
Can I get a different chain length?
Message us before you order. We can usually do 16 or 20 inch in the same metal.
How does plated silver hold up?
With normal care it wears well for years. It is not solid gold, so daily contact with lotions and perfume will eventually soften the color. Solid 10k or 14k is the version you never have to think about.
Can I order several for a set?
Often. Message us with how many and which letters and we can put it together for you.
Personalized and made to order pieces can't be returned or exchanged once made correctly to your order. In-stock jewelry can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, and full details are in our Return and Exchange Policy and on our FAQ page.
Care
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Keep lotions, perfume, chlorine and household cleaners off the metal. Store it in the gift box or a soft pouch so it does not rub against other pieces.
