I ordered this item from the beginning of February. Their communication was terrible at first if I did not ask them about any updates on the grillz I would not know what was going on. They said that they lost my order and it was misplaced for days, I have a birthday photoshoot on the 15th and that was the main focus. Their communication then became better after i explained my issues they explained how they would resolve it which eased my mind a little.
