What does diamond dust mean?
The surface is hand cut into a fine box pattern that scatters light. It is a metal finish, not a set stone, so it sparkles without the cost or the maintenance of stones.
What are perm cuts?
Cut lines between each tooth that make the six caps read as separate teeth instead of one solid bar. It gives the permanent look without anything permanent happening to your teeth.
How long does it take?
4 to 8 weeks from order to delivery depending on the design, with 7 to 10 business days of average production once your impression passes inspection.
Six across the front is the set most people start with, because it is what shows when you talk. The box pattern catches light from a distance in a way a plain polished face does not.

- Take your mold at home with the included putty and trays, following the instructions and the video tutorial.
- Use the prepaid return mailer included in your kit.
- We inspect your impression, then hand build your grill. Production averages 7 to 10 business days.
- Your finished set ships to you. The full process runs 4 to 8 weeks depending on the design.

Grillz are made to fit each person individually, and designs may differ based on your dental structure. There is an extra charge for covering missing or chipped teeth, so message us before ordering if that applies to you. See our fit policy.
