Yes. Up to 8 characters on the front and 8 more on the back. Initials, a date, a short name, or a single word all work. Longer text, a logo, or an image engraving is possible, message us first.

Yes. Pick your state from the dropdown. Each outline is shaped to that state, so the proportions and the bail placement differ from one to the next.
How long does it take?

This was a gift for a friend of mine. They moved out of state, and I wanted her to remember us in Texas. It was custom engraved to personalize it just for her. The engraving was perfect and beautifully done. The piece is of quality 14k gold. The turnaround on the custom-made item was very fast. Though I received an automated email saying it may be delayed, it was not. The reason I only gave four stars for customer service was that the replies were very generic and unpersonalable, unlike other sellers on Etsy. I left a note regarding the engraving. They did not respond, so I never knew if it turned out the way I had intended until my friend sent me a picture of it. Other than that, I definitely recommend this seller. It's a beautiful piece and a great gift!
