A cursive nameplate with a small picture in front of the name, like a heart, a swimmer, or a runner. The name and image are cut as one piece.

What sizes are available?
Small, medium, and large. The nameplate is about half an inch to three quarters of an inch tall, and the width depends on the name and image. On the size charts, small is about 1.25 inches wide, medium about 1.75, and large about 2.25.
