How many letters will fit?
Up to nine. The pendant is about 10mm tall and the width grows with the name, so a short name reads dainty and a longer one spans more of the collarbone.
Does it come with a chain?
Yes. Pick 16, 18, 20, 22 or 24 inches and it arrives on a matching chain with a secure clasp.
Can I get it in solid gold?
Yes. Sterling silver and plated silver are the entry options, and solid 10k or 14k in yellow, white or rose gold is there when you want the color to be permanent.

Common questions
Which chain length should I pick?
16 inches sits at the base of the neck, 18 just below the collarbone, and 20 and up gives you room to layer. If you already own a favorite necklace, measure that one.
Can I use a word instead of a name?
Yes. Words, nicknames and short phrases all work as long as they fit the nine character limit.
Will the plated versions hold their color?
Plating sits on top of the silver, so it thins over time with everyday wear. Solid gold keeps its color for good.
Care
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Keep perfume, lotion, chlorine and cleaning products off it, and put it on last when getting ready. Store it flat so the script does not bend.
