When you choose this expedited option, our team immediately rushes production, working after hours, weekends, and holidays to ensure your piece is completed ahead of standard timelines. Perfect for last-minute gifts, special occasions, performances, weddings, or photoshoots, this rush service guarantees your order is treated with the highest urgency and priority.
Please note: This rush fee is nonrefundable. It covers priority shipping of the impression kit, overnight shipping of the final grill, and a production rush that bumps your order to the front of the line.

Rush orders are only available for U.S. customers. Shipping delays caused by weather or carriers are out of our control. There is no delivery on Sundays.

By adding the rush fee to your order the timeline can be reduced 10-25 days depending on the design and quality of the impressions.
Unworkable impressions will increase the timeline - please be sure that impressions show a clear gum line as well as the shape of each tooth. Please message us if you‘d like any help with the impression-making process.

Is the putty safe?
Yes — it's non-toxic and dentist-grade silicone, completely safe for use in your mouth.
How long does the putty take to set?
Just 3 minutes. Start mixing and work quickly — once it begins to cure it sets fast.
What if my mold doesn't turn out right?
The kit includes enough putty for both upper and lower impressions. If you need help or a replacement, contact us and we'll take care of you.
Can I use this kit with any jeweler?
Yes — the mold format is standard and compatible with most custom grillz makers.
Can I use this for things other than grillz?
Absolutely. This kit works great for cosplay teeth, dental art projects, aligners, and mouthpieces.

Step 1 — Mix the putty
Combine the Base and Catalyst putty until you reach a uniform color with no streaks. This takes about 30 seconds — work quickly once you start.
Step 2 — Load your tray
Press the mixed putty evenly into the impression tray. Don't overfill.
Step 3 — Bite and hold
Press the tray firmly onto your teeth and hold still for 3 minutes while the putty sets.
Step 4 — Remove and inspect
Carefully remove the tray. Your mold should show a clean, detailed impression of your teeth.
Step 5 — You're done
Use your mold however you need — send it to a jeweler, use it for a cosplay piece, or mail it to Gold Time to order a custom set of grillz.
